I ordered from this shop for Mother’s Day. They didn’t make the delivery so I called, and they told me they were going to deliver the day after Mother’s Day (did not give me a reason as to why they didn’t deliver in the first place). They offered me a store credit. I told them I would prefer a full refund. It’s bad enough to miss a Mother’s Day delivery and have no remorse. I was told a manager would call me back all the info. 3 days go by I ask mom if she received the flowers, she said she never did. I call the shop and tell them I want a refund, they tell me a manager will call you. Another week and a half goes by, I don’t receive a call from anyone, so I call them and I said, I want to speak to a manager. They put me on hold and proceeded to say there isn’t a manager available but they’ll give me a call back immediately. Once again, no call so I call 2 days later and tell them, if the charge doesn’t get reversed, and more if done quickly, I will post a negative review and formally submit your company on the BBB. I have yet to still hear from anyone. Pretty disappointing all around. So posting this review, filing a chargeback, and next is the BBB.

I've been here a few times and while the flowers are absolutely beautiful, I feel like the prices are a bit on the high side. Still, the arrangements are unique, and the shop has a lovely vibe. I'll probably come back for special occasions.

Incredibly disappointing. My husband has always gotten me bouquets from grocery stores in the past, and I told him I'd like my next bouquet from a florist, hoping for a better variety and better flowers. So he ordered an $80 mother's day bouquet from Williams. There were exactly 7 small tulips and a handful of Peruvian lilies and that was it. Both of which are cheap flowers, which if you are going to use, at least use more of them! (I added pictures of the price to show you how cheap, no more than $16 worth.) Broken flowers, torn up leaves, clear vase, no bow. I understand this was the cheapest of the three options size wise, but this is shameful to come from a professional florist for $80. He could have gotten a much nicer bouquet for half the price at a grocery store. Very disappointing, would like a refund.

I am very disappointed with this flower place. I placed an order on line for a nice bouquets to be sent to my friend the total order was 145.00 which included a delivery fee to get there before a certain time. About an hour prior to the delivery I received an email saying they were going to upgrade as the flowers from the original bouquet were not all available. Well for starters they did not show up within the time frame I paid for and these flowers look awful. They were already dying and this is the smallest arrangement and was not an upgrade and quality is really bad. I also got a text the next day saying the flowers were out for delivery when they were already there and I would not recommend this place at all.

I received kind and prompt telephone responses from this business but was disappointed in the flowers sent to my Mother in law for her birthday. My bad- I did order online for delivery the next day. I picked from their ‘Same Day Delivery’ menu assuming this was representative of flowers they kept in stock. I understand it being March there’d probably be some substitutions…but pink, white, blue, green was changed to dark red plus sunflowers. When I called concerned I was told that an ‘Upgraded, larger’ bouquet was being sent as they were out of flowers that matched my order. I asked if they could please remove the clearly wilted and browning red lilies, (viewable in the photo sent for approval), and was assured they would. It looks like there’s still sad lilies in the arrangement that arrived. Thank you for the same day delivery and larger bouquet but please cut out the wilted blooms before sending if this happens with another customer.
